Pre-order

Whenever we are in the ordering process with one of our suppliers, we will offer pre-orders from our supplier's stock here. The ants available for pre-order are usually at least 10% cheaper than when they are later available in the shop. Since it is a pre-order, the time until we can ship the ants is 2-4 weeks. A pre-order is binding and cannot be canceled afterwards, so please consider carefully whether you want to place a pre-order. Should the ants not arrive alive from the dealer, the full price will of course be refunded. We also have to clarify with our dealers whether animals are actually available in the quantities ordered. Should you have ordered something by pre-order, but the dealer no longer has these quantities available, you will be informed immediately and your order will be refunded.
