Shipping Times
- Shipping takes place Monday to Wednesday to ensure that live animals are not stored over the weekend.
- Orders containing live ants are usually shipped within 5–12 business days after receipt of payment.
- Accessories may be shipped separately or together depending on availability.
Delivery Time

Germany – Express Shipping: Delivery within 24 hours after handover to the shipping provider.

Germany – Standard Shipping: Delivery within 1–3 business days after handover to the shipping provider.

EU – Express Shipping: Delivery within 2–4 business days after handover to the shipping provider.

EU – Standard Shipping: Delivery within 1–2 business days after handover to the shipping provider.
Shipping of Live Animals
- Please note that our products are live animals. We use suitable shipping methods and packaging to ensure the well-being of the animals during transport. In case of extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to delay or adjust shipping in order to protect the animals. In such cases, we will inform the customer immediately.
Shipping Notification & Tracking
- As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number.
- Please also check your spam folder.
Important Delivery Information
- Please ensure that you or an authorized person can receive the package promptly – especially in the case of live animals.
