§ 1 Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Antpire GbR (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the customer via the online shop at antpire.net. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless the Seller expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

§ 2 Minimum Age and Legal Capacity

Purchases in our shop are only permitted for adults (persons aged 18 and over). By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reached the age of 18. The Seller reserves the right to request proof of age and to cancel orders placed by minors.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase. The Seller confirms receipt of the order by email (order confirmation). The purchase contract is only concluded upon shipping confirmation or the explicit acceptance by the Seller.

§ 4 Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include statutory value-added tax (VAT). Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop (Shopify Payments, PayPal). The invoice amount is due upon conclusion of the contract.

§ 5 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. Any additional guarantee is not provided.

Please note that live animals are living organisms. We ensure that the animals are healthy and in good condition at the time of shipment. We assume no liability for losses resulting from improper care after delivery. In the event of transport damage or death upon arrival, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

§ 6 Liability

The Seller is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

§ 7 Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been made.

§ 8 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of performance and jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract shall, where legally permissible, be the Seller’s registered office (Leimen).

§ 9 Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
