The isopods are sold in groups of 10. Cubaris sp. "Panda King White" is a rarer color variant of Cubaris sp. Panda King, characterized by its predominantly light to whitish coloration with partly reduced markings. Like the standard form, it has a compact, heavily armored body and a calm, reserved demeanor. Due to its exceptionally light appearance, this variant is one of the most sought-after morphs in the hobby.

These animals are from our own breeding stock. These isopods originally come from Vietnam. When purchased, the isopods are shipped in mixed age and size stages to ensure an optimal start for a successful breeding colony.

The isopods feed on various forest materials such as rotten wood and leaf litter. In addition, supplementary feeds such as calcium (e.g., limestone or cuttlefish bone) and proteins should be offered as part of a balanced diet. Various vegetables are also readily accepted. Vegetables from the onion family (garlic, leek, onions) should be avoided, as should iceberg lettuce.

A moist but well-ventilated terrarium with a stable humidity gradient (moist and somewhat drier areas) is crucial for successful keeping and breeding. Waterlogging should be avoided at all costs.
